A widget is simply a collection of files that work together to provide functionality to the customer portal pages. Most widgets have controller, view, and logic files, although the logic file is optional for a few. This section describes the files that comprise a widget; it also describes syndicated widgets, which let you place widget functionality on pages outside the customer portal framework.
