Fast-Track to Version 7 Upgrade Services enables you to completely outsource your upgrade, to RightNow version 7.5.x, to RightNow's Professional Services team. RightNow will plan, manage, and execute the upgrade for you. A Solution Center Consultant will transfer your current configuration to the upgrade version, while coaching you and your team on how to use the newer version of the application. Training Services:
SmartConversion Online Workshop Series is designed to provide customers with remote training on the upgrade to Version 8. This series of remote sessions will be delivered via MS Live Meeting and cover upgrade topics and overviews of new features and functionality.
SmartConversion Workshops are designed to provide customers with hands-on experience and practice with the RightNow Version 8 application. This workshop is structured to prepare Customers for an upgrade to Version 8 as well as to understand new features and functions of the application.

Custom Onsite Training is available for clients that would like their staff to have training in their own facilities.
