RightNow® Software System Requirements
System Specifications for eService Center 5.5 and Higher, Metrics 4.3 and Locator 3.0
RightNow eService Center 5.5, RightNow Metrics 4.3, and RightNow Locator 3.0 can be installed on either Windows NT/2000 or UNIX operating systems. UNIX versions support either MySQL and Oracle databases. Windows NT/2000 version support MS-SQL and Oracle databases. The listed hardware specifications are meant to be a guide to help you define the hardware necessary for optimum performance. The listed software specifications for operating systems and database managements systems (DBMS) are strict requirements for the proper operation of eService Center. The listed Web browser specifications are recommendations for the best operation of eService Center.
Hardware Recommendations
The recommended hardware for eService Center 5.5 and higher, RightNow Metrics 4.3, and RightNow Locator 3.0 include:

For optimum viewing of eService Center 5.5 and higher, RightNow Metrics 4.3, and RightNow Locator 3.0 through your Web browser, it is required that you configure your computer screen resolution to display a minimum screen area of 1024 by 768 pixels and to use the default or "normal" font setting (96 dpi).
