RightNow Technologies has a stated uptime policy for our hosted customers of 99.5%. The hosting department updates these statistics on a weekly basis for all servers at both the Savvis and AT&T facility. This percentage refers to the uptime of the servers and the services they provide (Web, DB, and Utilities) as an overall percentage of all locations. This however does not take into account outages that may be related to the Internet backbone.
