Registration and Pricing
The conference registration fee includes admission to the main sessions, breakouts, Ask the Experts, and the Summit Pavilion. It also includes most meals, Summit 08 related entertainment, airport transportation to/from the Colorado Springs Airport (during specified times), and conference materials. Additional expenses to attendees include hotel accommodations, airfare, ground transportation outside of the specified times, non-event meals, and/or recreational activities.
Registration Fees:
$1,300 - through August 31, 2008
$1,600 - from September 1, 2008 to October 2, 2008
$1,800 - onsite
*Online registration will close October 2 at 5:00 p.m. MDT
(registration after this date will be available onsite).
Payment: Payment will be accepted using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or you may request an invoice. You will make your selection during the registration process.
Cancellation: Payment in full is required upon registration. Cancellations through August 31st will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations between September 1st and September 29th will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations after September 29th will not be refunded. These fees are applied based on required guarantees to the conference venue(s). Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. All cancellations must be submitted via email to summit@rightnow.com to be valid.
Substitution Policy: Substitutions are permitted but will be charged a $50 processing fee. Please submit all substitutions via email to summit@rightnow.com.
Meals and Social Events
An outline of what is included in your conference pass is listed below:
- Breakfast Vouchers
Each full conference attendee will receive a $25 breakfast voucher for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday meals. This voucher can be used at any of the Broadmoor restaurants or room service. - Lunch and Break Functions
Lunches and breaks will be included on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. - Evening Socials and Dinner Events
Evening events include the welcome reception Sunday evening with cocktails and light hors d' oeuvres, Monday evening's dinner event, and Tuesday evening's cocktail happy hour. Dinners on Sunday and Tuesday will be on your own.
Shuttle Transportation
RightNow will provide complimentary airport transportation to/from the Colorado Springs Airport to the Broadmoor Hotel. Shuttles will run during the designated times below.

If you would like to use this complimentary service, please be sure to book your flights accordingly and have your flight information available when registering (reservations are required). Shuttle/taxi/limo services outside of the above stated dates/times will be your responsibility.
Please note: We will not be providing complimentary shuttles from the Denver Airport. To arrange shuttle transportation to/from the Denver airport please contact the hotel concierge toll free 866-837-9520 (U.S.) or 719-634-7711 (International).

from The Broadmoor.

Guest Passes
The Broadmoor is a beautiful setting and there is no better way to really enjoy the property than to have your spouse or significant other join you! RightNow is pleased to offer a guest pass this year so you AND your spouse/significant other can participate in our evening events!
Fees:
$285.00 - before October 2, 2008 (The same fees will apply for onsite purchases)
This pass includes the following:
- Airport transportation (the same restrictions follow as the full conference pass)
- Sunday evening welcome reception
- Monday evening dinner event
- Tuesday evening happy hour along with complimentary transportation to/from downtown Colorado Springs Tuesday evening.
Please indicate during registration if you plan to bring someone and if you would like to purchase the guest pass.
Please note: The guest pass only covers the evening social events and does not include conference sessions, luncheons, or additional breakfast vouchers. All conference events are adults only please.
