This year's conference will be held at the beautiful 5-star resort, The Broadmoor. This luxurious resort is minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado and sits amongst the backdrop of nearby mountain ranges.

RightNow has negotiated a room rate of $239 plus applicable taxes and resort fees (please see our alternate hotel option below for those seeking a government rate). This price is valid for both single and double rooms.

All hotel reservations for this year's conference will be handled online. You may also make changes and cancellations to your reservations by visiting this site. Note: if you are located outside of North, Central or South America and plan to purchase the silver or gold package your hotel reservations will be made for you.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 12:00 noon

Early check-in and late check-out requests will be handled on a space available basis. If unavailable, your luggage can be stored for your convenience with a bell person.

Cancellation: All hotel room changes/cancellations must be made no later than (7) days prior to your arrival date. If changes/cancellations are made within (7) days of your arrival you will be assessed a fee of one night's room and tax ($239.00 plus applicable taxes and resort fees).

Rightnow has negotiated a lower hotel room rate at the Doubletree Hotel Colorado Springs - World Arena that is within per diem parameters and includes one transfer each way from the Doubletree to the Broadmoor during the conference.
