Registration and Pricing
REGISTRATION AND PRICING
The conference registration fee includes admission to the main sessions, breakouts and your Ask the Experts session. It also includes most meals, Summit 09, related entertainment, and conference materials. Additional expenses to attendees include hotel accommodations, airfare, ground transportation, non-event meals and/or recreational activities.
Registration Fees:
600£ - from 1st September, 2009
Payment: Payment for non-prepaid registrations will only be accepted using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) so please make sure to have your card ready when you register. Pre-paid registrations through inclusion in a RightNow Purchase Agreement will generate a Registration Code. Please ask your account manager for this code in order to complete your registration online.
Cancellation Policy: Payment in full is required upon registration. Cancellations until 31st August will receive a full refund minus a 25£ processing fee. Cancellations after 1st September will not be refunded. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. All cancellations must be submitted via email (summitadmin@rightnow.com) to be valid.
Substitution Policy: Substitutions are permitted free of charge. Please submit all substitutions via email (summitadmin@rightnow.com).
Meals and Social Events
An outline of what is included in your conference pass is listed below.
- Breakfasts, Lunch and Break Functions
Breakfast, Lunch and breaks will be included on Tuesday and Wednesday. - Evening Events on 2nd and 3rd November
Evening events include the Welcome Reception on Monday evening with cocktails and light hors d’ oeuvres and the Contact Center Awards Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening. You might want to make additional dinner reservations for the Monday.
The Conference venue: the Hilton Brighton Metropole
Unfortunately the Hilton is now fully booked.

The closest Airport to the venue is Gatwick Airport. From there you can take and express train to Brighton.
For everyone flying into Heathrow we will set up a number of shuttles on the afternoon of 2nd November. Please let us have your arrival times, Airport Terminal and flight nunber by emailing lindsay@eventworkseurope.com and we will try and plan the shuttles to be able to meet as many delegates as possible.
On 4th November we have arranged for a coach transfer to Heathrow Airport at 5pm, arriving at the Airport at 8:00 pm at the latest. If you want to make use of this transfer, please book your flights accordingly.
From London Heathrow by train
From Terminal 1, 2 or 3 take the 15-minute Heathrow Express train to Paddington in London. At Paddington take a 20-minute circle line journey to Victoria. From Victoria catch a train to Brighton.
From London Heathrow by car
From Heathrow Airport take the M25 anticlockwise towards the M23. Join the M23 at junction 7 and follow the M23/A23 to Brighton. Follow the signs for Brighton town centre/seafront. The hotel is located on the A259 opposite the West Pier.
From Central London by car
From Hammersmith in west London, take the M4 west towards the M25. Take the M25 motorway to junction 7, sign-posted M23 (Brighton). Take the M23 southbound. The M23 becomes the A23 and takes you into Brighton town centre. Follow the signs for the seafront and the Hilton Brighton Metropole hotel is situated on the A259 seafront road, close to the West Pier.
From Central London by train
Take a train from Victoria station to Brighton. The trains leave every 30 minutes and the journey takes around 50 minutes. The last train from Victoria is at 1.30am and the first train out of Brighton is at 4.00 a.m.
From London Gatwick by train
Take a train to Brighton from Gatwick Airport South Terminal. The journey takes 32 minutes. From Brighton train station, taxis are available to take you to the Hilton Brighton hotel.
From London Gatwick by car
From Gatwick Airport, take the M23 southbound, following signs for Brighton. The M23 becomes the A23 and is a direct road into Brighton. Follow the signs for Brighton town centre/seafront. The Hilton Brighton Metropole hotel is on the A259 opposite the West Pier.
