Registration and Pricing

The conference registration fee includes admission to the main sessions, breakouts, Ask the Experts, and the Summit Pavilion. It also includes most meals, Summit 09 related entertainment, airport transportation to/from the Colorado Springs Airport (during specified times), and conference materials. Additional expenses to attendees include hotel accommodations, airfare, ground transportation outside of the specified times, non-event meals and/or recreational activities.

*New for 2009! Be a part of our inaugural RightNow golf tournament on Monday, October 26, 2009! Sign up to participate in this RightNow sponsored event that includes 18-holes of golf along with a cart and lunch as part of your conference fee!

* This tournament is first come first serve and is open to any attendee who has paid for a full conference pass. You may sign up for the tournament during the formal conference registration process.

Registration Fees – NOTE THE LOWER PRICES FOR YOUR BENEFIT!
$1,300 - from October 10, 2009 to October 23, 2009
$1,600 – onsite

Note: Online registration will close October 23, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. MST (registration after this date will be available onsite).

Payment: Payment can be made by check or by using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). If you would like to pay by check please choose the “check” option during registration and an invoice will be sent to you. All payments must be received no later than October 19th or your registration will be cancelled and you will be notified. Cancellation Policy: Payment in full is required upon registration. Cancellations through August 31, 2009 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations from September 1 through September 29, 2009 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee (no processing fees will be applied). Cancellations after September 29, 2009 will not be refunded. These fees are applied based on required guarantees to the conference venue(s). Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. All cancellations must be submitted via email (summit@rightnow.com) to be valid.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions are permitted but will be charged a $50 processing fee. Please submit all substitutions via email (summit@rightnow.com).

Meals and Social Events

An outline of what is included in your conference pass is listed below.

Breakfast, Lunch and Break Functions
Breakfast, lunch and breaks will be included on Tuesday and Wednesday in the Summit Pavilion.

Evening Socials and Dinner Events
Evening events include the welcome reception Monday evening with cocktails and light hors d’ oeuvres, Tuesday evening’s cocktail happy hour, and Wednesday evening’s cocktail hour and dinner event. Dinner on Monday and Tuesday will be on your own.

Shuttle Transportation

RightNow will provide complimentary airport transportation to/from the Colorado Springs Airport* to the Broadmoor. Shuttles will run during the designated times below.

Sunday, October 25, 2009 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Monday, October 26, 2009 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 29, 2009 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

If you would like to use this complimentary service, please be sure to book your flights accordingly and have your flight information available when registering (reservations are required). If your flight arrival/departure time is outside of the provided shuttle times above please plan to make your own transportation arrangements.

*We will not be providing complimentary shuttles from the Denver Airport. To arrange shuttle transportation to/from the Denver airport please contact the hotel concierge toll free 866-837-9520 or 719-634-7711.

The Colorado Springs Airport is approximately 8.3 miles/15 minutes from The Broadmoor.
Denver International Airport is approximately 89 miles/90 minutes from The Broadmoor.

GUEST PASSES
The Broadmoor is a beautiful setting and there is no better way to really enjoy the property than to have your spouse or significant other join you! RightNow is pleased to offer a guest pass this year so you AND your spouse/significant other can participate in our evening events!

Fees:
$285.00 – before October 23, 2009 (The same fees will apply for onsite purchases)

This pass includes the following:

• Airport transportation (the same restrictions follow as the full conference pass)
• Monday evening welcome reception with cocktails and light hors d’ oeuvres
• Tuesday evening’s cocktail happy hour along with complimentary transportation to/from downtown Colorado Springs Tuesday evening
• Wednesday evening’s cocktail hour and dinner event

Please indicate during registration if you plan to bring someone and if you would like to purchase the guest pass.

Please note: The guest pass only covers the evening social events and does not include conference sessions, luncheons, or additional breakfast vouchers. All conference events are adults only please.
