This year’s conference will be held at the beautiful 5-star resort, The Broadmoor. This luxurious resort is minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, CO and sits amongst the backdrop of nearby mountain ranges.

RightNow has a negotiated conference room rate of $239 plus applicable taxes and resort fees. This price is valid for both single and double rooms. Reservations can be made when you register for the conference. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Government attendees: The Broadmoor is extending the government rate this year of $138 plus applicable taxes and fees for those who have a government ID. Please indicate during registration if you are a government employee and would like to take advantage of this rate. These rooms are limited and will be booked on a first come first serve basis. You will be contacted if the government rate sells out and other options will be provided for you.

Checkout time: 12:00 noon

Early check-in and late checkout requests will be handled on a space available basis. If unavailable, your luggage can be stored for your convenience with a bell person.

Cancellation: All hotel room changes/cancellations must be made no later than (7) days prior to your arrival date. If changes/cancellations are made within (7) days of your arrival you will be assessed a fee of one night’s room and tax ($239.00 plus applicable taxes and resort fees).
