Summit 09 - APAC - Registration

The conference registration fee ( Summit Pass only) includes admission to the main sessions, breakouts and your Ask the Experts session. It also includes most meals, Summit 09, related entertainment, and conference materials.

Summit Packages from cities across Australia

For your benefit we have arranged APAC Summit packages from cities across Australia which includes travel to and from the Gold Coast (Coolangatta Airport) flying Virgin Airlines, accommodation at the Radisson Resort Gold Coast for two nights (includes the nights of 9th and 10th November), the Summit conference pass ( which includes all meals and attendance to the sessions) and transfers to and from Gold Coast/Coolangatta airport.

The package costs from each city are as follows:-

Sydney Package - $1312

Brisbane Package (includes accommodation and conference pass BUT no airfare) $968

Once you register to purchase one of the above packages please contact our Travel Management Company, Events with Moore, who will assist you in booking your flights to the Gold Coast.

International Travellers or those making own travel arrangements
If you are travelling from an international destination or if you choose not to take advantage of the above packages you will need to make your own travel arrangements. You will need to register via the registration site and select the Summit pass only option PLUS you will be required to arrange arrange your own accommodation by contacting the Radisson Resort Gold Coast Reservations team on 61 7 5555 7700.

Payment: Payments will be processed via invoice, you will be sent an invoice by our accounts team upon completion of the registration process. Please note: your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received (if applicable). Pre-paid registrations through inclusion in a RightNow Purchase Agreement will generate a Registration Code. Please ask your account manager for this code in order to complete your registration online.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions are permitted free of charge. Please submit all substitutions via email (lidia.lal@rightnow.com).

Meals and Social Events
An outline of what is included in your conference pass is listed below.

• Breakfasts, Lunch and Break Functions
• Breakfast, Lunch and morning/afternoon breaks will be included on Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Evening Events on Monday 9th November and Tuesday 10th November
• Evening events include the Welcome Reception on Monday evening with an informal style buffet near the Oasis Poolside and the Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening at the Seaworld Theme park.

Shuttle Bus Transportation
We will be looking at setting up some shuttle buses from Gold Coast Airport ( Coolangatta) , please check back in September for more information.
