This year, the RightNow Summit brings customers and partners together from across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific region for an extraordinary opportunity, a meeting of customer experience owners. users, managers, administrators of all levels come together with RightNow staff to network, exchange information and learn.

Be a part of this remarkable event being held from 9th November to 11th November 2009 at the Radisson Resort Palm Meadows on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Here is a sneak preview at what you can expect:

For your benefit we have arranged APAC Summit packages from each city across Australia which includes travel to and from the Gold Coast( Coolangatta Airport), accommodation at the Radisson Resort Gold Coast for two nights (includes the nights of 9th and 10th November), the Summit pass ( which includes all meals and attendance to the sessions) and transfers to and from Gold Coast/Coolangatta airport.
