Support Plans

Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience for and to our cients. RightNow customer care offers three levels of support plans to suit the specific needs of our clients: Premier, Preferred, and Basic Support and range from online services to personalized enterprise support. We’re dedicated to providing the best support possible for your company—on your terms.

All RightNow customer care support packages are supplemented with computer-based trainings (CBTs) to access online tutorials any time of the day as well as access to RightNow's online support knowledgebase.
