Need technical support or expert troubleshooting?  We offer knowledgeable, responsive support with timely, correct answers. 

You may choose from three levels of support packages:  Premier, Preferred, and Basic Support.

Premier Support

We will customize a package designed just for you.  If you have especially unique or essential support needs and require a variety of expertise, this package is for you.

Preferred Support

Ideal for businesses requiring around-the-clock support for your hosted CX software system.  This package includes upgrade consulting.

Basic Support

World-class support combined with superior technology to offer a level of service that increases your effectiveness with our hosted CX software.

All support packages are supplemented with computer-based trainings (CBTs) to access online tutorials any time of the day as well as access to RightNow's online support knowledgebase. You also have the added benefit of SmartHosting, to control your upgrades by simply scheduling dates online.
