Professional Services Engagement
Leverage RightNow's expertise for completing initiatives unique to your organization by requesting a RightNow engineering, consulting, or training engagement. Upon submission, a member of the RightNow Professional Services team will contact you directly to finalize your request and to deliver the engagement.
CX Cloud Managed Service/Outsourced Solution Administrator
Engage your purchased RightNow CX Managed Services Consultant or Outsourced Solution Administrator (OSA) to assist with your RightNow CX administration. If you have purchased CX Managed Services or OSA hours, you may submit requests directly to your consultant OSA via this form.
Voice Managed Services
Engage your Voice Managed Services (VMS) account manager for change requests to your RightNow Voice interface. The requested changes will be scoped to determine the number of hours of work required and any changes and potential associated costs not covered in Managed Services or the original SOW (Service Order Worksheet).
