Unlike conventional survey services, RightNow gives you complete control over the timing, execution, and completion of your surveys. You can stop surveys at any point, modify them, and then re-start the process from where you left off with the new content. You can even cancel them entirely at any time if you have to—so you remain in direct control of your customer experience at all times.
