RightNow HIPAA Privacy Policy

RightNow Technologies has reviewed the Administrative Simplification standards adopted by HHS under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and has developed policies and procedures to ensure compliance as a covered entity, a business associate and a sub-business associate. Specifically we have policies and procedures in place that are designed to comply with the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information at 45 CFR Part 160 and 161. This includes but is not limited to, protecting the integrity and confidentiality of patient information, ensuring that all transmissions of data are authorized utilizing a secure infrastructure and protecting business records and data from improper access.
