Partnership Categories

Developer  - Whether you are a partner or technically inclined customer, this program provides you access, assistance, tools (i.e. APIs, SDKs), and guidance on the path of creating applications, components, widgets, and various points of data and software integration with RightNow’s on demand CX software solutions.

Reseller  - Leads the customer’s purchase and post-sales services with the RightNow clients, also often combining with additional products and services for a more comprehensive customer experience management solution.  Reseller and RightNow professionals may jointly engage to serve our shared client requirements.

Service Provider  - Provides, most commonly, outsourced or managed services for and on behalf of their customers.  These services include:  consulting, implementation or outsourcing services including project management, implementation, customization, training, best practices consulting, business process redesign, often in combination with vertical market expertise.

Systems Integrator  - Delivers a broad range of services including business process development, professional services, consulting, implementation, and integration engagements. These services may range from tactical to strategic planning, incremental to transformational advancements, and your technical to business process excellence.

Technology Partner - Provides complementary applications that enable customers to benefit from the best technology components that are also often integrated with RightNow’s on demand CX software solutions. RightNow buyers purchase each solution separately.

Partnership Manager - Leads the Joint Business & Customer Engagement—one-to-one, one-to-many in both regional and national teams via online and in-person structured exchanges.

Training and Certification – Optimizes how we engage, design, implement, support, and integrate our shared offerings.  Education programs are delivered via a combination of online and onsite courses as well as through mentoring.

Partner PortalContains our best sales, marketing, and support tools and resources—and it is the single entry point into many other tools and applications.  Plus access to RightNow’s Developer and Customer Communities.

Joint Market Development - Includes access to marketing funds, collateral, webcasts, public relations, newsletters, user conferences, events, case studies, white papers, a partner directory listing, and more. 

Special Software Access and Packaging and Free Hosting – Avoids up to 80 percent of the cost of ownership of on-premise applications.  Includes a demo site for a partner-specific showcase of the joint solution, and more.

Product and Technical Engagement – Optimizes technical support and roadmap briefings brings your voice to the “what and when” of the next generation of RightNow solutions.
