Adding tasks

You can add and edit all tasks associated with an incident by clicking the incident’s Tasks tab.

To add or edit a task for an incident:

Click the Add button and select Add New to open the New Task window. The reference number for the incident appears in the Incident field on the New Task window.
Or
Right-click a task on the Tasks tab and select Open.

To enter additional task information, complete the fields or select menu options. For detailed information about adding and editing tasks, refer to Tasks.
