In the November CX 2010 release, set to GA in a few short days, we have added a number of new capabilities to the add-in framework. If you were at our 2010 RightNow Developer Conference you got a sneak peek at a number of these features. One of the main enhancements being added in this release is the ability to programmatically focus a content pane or workspace tab by its name. In this video I demonstrate how this new functionality can be used.
