As I stated in my previous blog entry, we have added a number of new features to the RightNow Desktop Add-In Framework with the RightNow CX February 10 release. One of the features was the ability programmatically set the docking location of the extension bar. The following tutorial video will walk you through the steps to utilize this new feature. Enjoy!!
