RightNow has a negotiated conference room rate of $255.00 per night plus applicable taxes and resort fees. This price is valid for both single and double rooms. Reservations can be made online by visiting the Broadmoor reservations page. Make sure you mention you are with the RightNow Summit to receive the negotiated rate.

We have also negotiated a discounted conference room rate for our government attendees of $150.00 per night plus applicable taxes and resort fees. This price is valid for both single and double rooms. You must show a valid government ID when you check in to receive this rate. If you have a valid government ID and would like to book your discounted room please use the link below. You MUST reserve your room via the Broadmoor Government Reservations Page, as you cannot call to request this rate, nor can you reserve this via the standard reservation site.

The cutoff date for all negotiated rates is October 3, 2011 or until the room block sells out.

Due to increased attendance at our annual summit, we encourage you to book your hotel room early as our room block will sell out quickly.

Smoking: The resort is a non-smoking resort.

Please note, all credit cards will be charged a minimum of a one night's room and tax deposit immediately.

Resort fees (subject to change) include:

• Unlimited access to The Broadmoor Spa Fitness Center
• Toll-free access calls and local access calls up to one hour in length
• Housekeeping service fees
• In-room high speed internet access
• Incoming faxes
• In-room coffee and tea and a daily newspaper

Cancellation: All hotel room changes/cancellations must be made no later than (7) days prior to your arrival date. If changes/cancellations are made within (7) days of your arrival, you will be assessed a fee of one night’s room and tax ($255.00 plus applicable taxes and resort fees).
