Conference Fees

• $1,299 – Early Bird Registration Fee - January 1 2011 through August 31, 2011
• $1,499 – Regular Registration Fee - September 1, 2011 through October 21, 2011
• $1,599 – Onsite Registration Fee - October 24, 2011 through October 26, 2011
• $800 - Government and higher education attendees only - January 1, 2011 through October 21, 2011

Note: Online registration will close October 20, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. EDT (registration after this date will be available onsite).

Payment: Payment can be made by using a credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). If you require an invoice or have any questions about payment, please email the Summit Team, and someone from our event team will respond to you within one business day. All payments must be received no later than October 14, 2011. Otherwise, your registration will be cancelled, and you will be notified.

Cancellation Policy: Payment in full is required upon registration. Cancellations through August 19, 2011 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations from August 20, 2011 through September 23, 2011 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee (no processing fees will be applied). Cancellations after September 23, 2011 will not be refunded. These fees are applied based on required guarantees to the conference venue. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. All cancellations must be submitted via email to the Summit Team to be valid.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions are permitted but will be charged a $50 processing fee. Please submit all substitutions via email to the Summit Team.
