Coupled with our on demand business model, you can easily implement and manage integrations with little or no additional IT overhead. Leverage our experience with hundreds of enterprise integrations—RightNow Connect enables access to CRM data from across your enterprise and even out to the web. ERP applications such as SAP or Oracle can be integrated with any of our on demand CRM software system. The user experience is transparent and can extend beyond your company to suppliers, partners, and yes, of course, customers.
RightNow Connect enables integration with:
- Desktops - Access and embed any external functionality (in-house, 3rd party, etc.) to enhance and extend the capabilities of the RightNow Agent Desktop
