Chief Operating Officer

Since starting with RightNow in 1999, Susan has overseen virtually every function in the organization ranging from human resources to sales to hosting.  Susan is a fourth generation Montanan and is happy to be back living in her home state.

Experience

Susan joined RightNow as CFO in 1999 when the company’s annual revenue was  $2 million. Under Susan’s guidance, the company completed its initial public offering in 2004 and in 2007 reported revenue of $112 million. Susan currently manages the company’s global field operations through regional general managers and directs marketing, technology operations and development.

A 23-year veteran in corporate management, Susan has held a number of senior management positions at public companies including CFO at Powerhouse Technologies, where she was a key player in the organization’s financial turnaround. She also has experience with Martin Marietta Astronautics Group and Ernst & Young.

Outside The Office

Susan can frequently be found cheering for her children at soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball or ski events.  She is also on the MSU College of Business Advisory Board and the Bridger Ski Foundation Alpine Committee.
