On the bull...
I have noted before that we had a great user conference in October focusing on Customer Experience. In total we had over 850 people in attendance including customers, partners and RightNow staff. There were great keynotes from leading consumer companies like eHarmony, Qantas, Motorola, Activision, EA and many, many others. But it was not all work; we had some fun too. Just to prove the point, here is a picture of me riding a mechanical bull. Most adventurers in attendance took a turn. The only downside was my wife stuck longer than I did. I hope you can join us next year. Make your plans now.

Bruce: Being from Montana we have lots of experience with bulls, both in the pasture and the type flys around in business environments.
