The end of the year was far from the end of Dave Carroll’s ‘United Breaks Guitars’ groundswell. To see the latest, tune in to The View broadcast this morning where he updates the world on his ongoing saga (video below). For those of you who attended RightNow’s Summit this year at the Broadmoor, you saw this unfold first hand as Dave performed his Youtube video hit song “United Breaks Guitars.” Unfortunately and ironically, while en route to our customer experience conference in Colorado Springs, United lost his luggage!
