At RightNow, we believe it’s the foundation to great customer experiences and have built our platform to specifically support that purpose. This week, RightNow unveiled the RightNow CX Cloud Platform , the first customer experience cloud platform, giving clients and partners access to an open, easy to navigate infrastructure to create new customer experience applications and extend RightNow CX to incorporate unique business processes.
Opening up our platform is one more step we’re taking in our mission To Rid the World of Bad Experiences. It certainly helps us better empower our clients to deliver better customer experiences. But it also provides a better experience to our clients – a purpose-built customer experience platform helps them achieve the highest possible business results in the shortest time possible. And it extends the reach of our mission: we’re helping our partner ecosystem by giving them the tools to build complimentary customer experience solutions and deliver even more value to our joint clients.
The world doesn’t need another generic platform-as-a-service. It needs specialty platforms that deliver better business results, faster. Our specialty is customer experience, and that’s why I’m so pleased that we’ve delivered the first customer experience cloud platform.
