At RightNow our mission is to rid the world of bad experiences. By teaming up with our clients we are making this happen. I’m happy to report that 2009 was a tremendous year for creating and delivering great experiences.
RightNow facilitated and improved more than 2.4 billion customer interactions on our clients’ behalf, which represents a huge impact on customer experience worldwide. In 2009 many of our clients were recognized for customer experience excellence:
• Three clients — drugstore.com, iRobot and Overstock.com — won 1to1 customer champion awards
• Six clients— iRobot, Distance Minnesota, Motorola, Black & Decker, eHarmony and trainline.com — were recognized by Gartner and 1to 1 Media for their excellence
• RightNow client CBS Interactive won the CRM Magazine Service Elite Award
Another important part of our mission is to help improve the communities that surround us. In 2009, RightNow and our employees gave money, time, food, clothing, toys and support to our local communities and charities such as Heifer International, Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, and several local food banks and toy drives.
I am very excited about 2010, and look forward to working with our 800+ employees and nearly 2,000 clients to deliver exceptional experiences in the New Year.
